I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, comparable in decor and comfort to big-name hotels in the area, and within walking distance of downtown Vancouver and ferries to Granville Island. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always on hand to answer questions and give tips. The location was excellent, allowing me to walk to everything I needed. However, the dining experience was a bit muddled at times. Overall, great value for the price!

The hotel's best feature is its great location, pretty much central to everywhere. The pricing was reasonable, and they offer limited parking, a laundry facility, and a continental breakfast available downstairs to be taken up to your room if desired. A tip is to ask for a room with views of English Bay. I found the combination of lounge, TV, desk, dining table, and full kitchen in the rooms kept bare with fresh hardwoods quite suitable for families.
